Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data OMNI.AI ("OMNI") collects from you, why, and who we share it with.
1. Data we collect
Account data. The email address you use to register or to make a purchase. Optionally, a name you set on your profile.
Authentication. A hashed password (we never store it in plain text) and session tokens stored in cookies on your device.
Generation data. The prompts and reference images you submit, and the resulting outputs. These are stored so you can view them later in your dashboard and so the platform can audit provider costs.
Purchase data. A record of each credit pack you bought (pack id, credits granted, payment processor transaction id, amount). We do not store full card numbers — those go to the payment processor directly.
Operational logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained for short-term troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, process payments, deliver generations, send transactional email (verification, password reset, purchase receipts, generation-ready alerts), prevent abuse, and improve the service.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Processors we use
OMNI runs on several third-party services that, by necessity, also process some of your data on our behalf:
- Supabase (PostgreSQL hosting) — account, balance, generation, and purchase data.
- Vercel (application hosting) — request handling.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Fal.ai — receives your prompt and any reference image to generate the video or image.
- Google (Generative Language API) — receives your prompt to generate Nano Banana images.
- GetCourse — processes the card payment when you buy a credit pack; receives the buyer email and amount.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. Prompts and reference images sent to model providers are subject to their data-handling and retention practices.
4. Retention
Account, balance, and purchase records are kept for as long as your account is active. Generation history is kept while you have an account so you can revisit it. Operational logs are kept for up to 30 days. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for accounting or legal reasons.
5. Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account. Send your request from the email address on your account to aiomni.support@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session) and a localStorage entry to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice.
