Terms of Service

Welcome to OMNI.AI ("OMNI", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits, or generating media through our platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

OMNI is a multi-provider aggregator of AI image- and video-generation models. We do not train the underlying models — we route your prompts and inputs to third-party providers (currently Fal.ai for most models and Google for the original Nano Banana). The output you receive is produced by those providers.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Credit packs and payments

OMNI uses a wallet model: you buy a one-time credit pack and use the credits whenever you want. Credits do not expire.

Payments are processed by our payment partner. The amount charged and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Once credits are credited to your wallet, they are non-refundable except where required by law, or in cases of clear technical failure on our side (e.g. credits paid but never delivered). For refunds, contact us at the address in section 9.

4. Generated content

Subject to the licence terms of the underlying model provider, you own the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, reference images, and outputs do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

You may not use OMNI to generate content that is illegal, depicts minors in a sexual context, promotes violence against individuals or groups, infringes intellectual property, impersonates real people without their consent, or otherwise violates the acceptable-use policies of the underlying providers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the platform's technical limits; (b) use OMNI for spam, fraud, or any unlawful activity; (c) attempt to disrupt the service or access accounts you do not own.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party model providers may have outages, rate limits, or changes in pricing that we cannot control. If a generation fails due to a provider error, your credits are refunded automatically.

7. Disclaimers and liability

OMNI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to your use of OMNI is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
